When you provide an email address — for example on the contact, free class, seminar, or admission forms — BAAC may send a confirmation email acknowledging your submission and may contact you about your inquiry, registration, or application.
If you provide an email address on the admission application form, BAAC may send a confirmation email that the application was received. Admission follow-up remains primarily by phone. That call may cover batch schedule, the admission process, and any applicable discounts or offers. WhatsApp or SMS may also be used when you select those as a preferred contact method.
Internal notification emails may also be sent to BAAC staff when a form is submitted, so the team can review and respond.
Personal information submitted through operational website forms is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, manage admission or registration follow-up, meet administrative needs, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
