The admission application form does not currently collect an email address. Follow-up for admission applications is typically by phone, WhatsApp, or SMS based on the preferred contact method you select.

Internal notification emails may also be sent to BAAC staff when a form is submitted, so the team can review and respond.

Personal information submitted through operational website forms is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, manage admission or registration follow-up, meet administrative needs, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

When information is no longer needed for these purposes, BAAC takes reasonable steps to delete or securely dispose of it.

BAAC primarily serves HSC students, many of whom are minors under guardian supervision. We expect guardians or responsible adults to oversee website submissions made on behalf of students.
